INCOTERMS

Method of Delivery
We are fluent and easy to work with; we accept client designated forwarders. We deliver our products and services by Air/Sea. Some of our Logistics Providers include DHL, TNT, FEDEX, TNT, MSC, CMA, COSCO, and many others.

Payment Terms
We are open to negotiating payment terms to meet your business cross border financing Needs! We accept payments by documentary credit, documentary collection, open account terms, and a mix of financing options depending on our client's situation.
Export Process
Our consignments usually arrive at the port within 15 days of a confirmed export order. Strict measures are put in place to ensure accuracy during the export documentation process. Documentations Include
1. Clean Certificate of Inspection (CCI)
2. Certificate of Weight & Quality
3. Bill of Lading / Airway Bill

Export Quality Assurance
Our Products are Tested locally with ISO Certified Quality Competent Authorities (QCA's)
Our products are also tested in the UK where they undergo Nutritional Analysis, Contaminants Test, and Shelf life Test.
Quality Assurance Documents include

• phytosanitary certificate for agricultural commodities
• health certificate for processed and semi-processed food items
• international veterinary certificate for animals and animal products
• fumigation certificate for agricultural commodities
• Nutritional Analysis, Shelf life result etc.
