- Established in 1985 in the heart of the port activity of Cornwall, specialized in cephalopods, shellfish, miscellaneous fish, grand fond, whitefish, fish blue, and noble fish. - Delivers 1,500 T of raw products and processed 1,000 T of goods annually to more than 100 customers throughout France and Europe. - Cuts fish by hand in order to offer the highest quality product. - Each batch is calibrated and cut if necessary to control the quality and quantity of goods offered to customers. - Boxed items are packed, weighed, frozen, rimmed and grouped individually or palletized under refrigerated storage halls.
