The business known as Poultry Farm Sredneuralskaya was founded in April 1973. This is the first poultry meat manufacturing facility in the Sverdlovsk area. It can produce 2 million broilers with a design capacity of 3068 tons of live weight of meat annually.

Currently, the poultry farm has an 8.0 million broiler capacity and produces 15,200 tons of live poultry meat. There are approximately 130 different products in the selection. A hatchery, 30 buildings for broilers, 3 buildings for replacement young animals, 8 buildings for the broodstock, a veterinarian and zoo laboratory, a slaughter and sausage workshop, and a feed workshop are all located on the poultry farm's property.
