Milkon Süt ve Gda Mamulleri Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.Ş. (MLKON) was founded in Sakarya/Akyaz in 2002 with the goal of supplying milk powder and whey powder to the food industry. Their business has a closed area of 3.450 m2 on 12.649 m2 of land. Modern technological techniques are used to turn whey, which is provided by cheese manufacturers and considered an environmental waste, into powder by removing water, benefiting both the environment and the Turkish economy.
They have adopted the FSSC Management System, the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, and the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System in their facilities. The Turkish Standards Institute has certified their system. Their goods are verified as halal and kosher.
