- Established in 1960 by reclaiming desert land on the edges of the Nile Delta at Birkash, near one of the tributaries of the Nile River.
- Started with a farm that was 91 ha of citruses, mangoes, and grapes.
- Cultivation now has expanded to 325 ha, growing primarily grapes for export, as well as citruses, mangoes, peaches, apricots, custard apples, avocados, sweet corn, sweet onions, and other products.
- Operates a nursery for fruit trees, foliage, ornamental plants, and cut flowers to be supplied to growers and landscapers all over the country.
- Owns a large 2,500 m² packhouse, originally covered with netting and is currently in the process of being converted to a state-of-the-art packhouse with 7 pre-coolers and 5 cold storage areas.
