Northcube has been raising non-pesticidal quality Vannamei prawns since 2009 on more than 500 acres off the Western Pacific Ocean in the seafood haven of Tawau, Sabah. The fresh, antibiotic-free shrimp are farmed in ponds that have been treated and enhanced with Celebes Sea freshwater.
With 300 employees working on the fields, Northcube continuously ensures that its produce meets GMP and HAACP requirements and is of the highest quality. By creating a vocational school for future agricultural workers, Northcube hopes to increase the number of job prospects available to the residents of Tawau as part of its ambitions for corporate social responsibility. With its team members at the forefront and the customers at the center of it all, Northcube is dedicated about creating the ideal environment for all of its stakeholders.
