Northern Lights Smokeries, LLC

Aurora Borealis Smokeries, LLC, is a little, family-possessed fish organization laid out in 1992. On Mitkof Island in Southeast Alaska, the town of Petersburg houses their smoking establishment.

The solid, wild and delightful nearby fish from maintainable fisheries gives us the explanation and head to participate in handling and elevating their items to you.

Local fishermen catch their Halibut, Black Cod (also known as Sable Fish or Butter Fish), and Salmon in the pristine, glacier-fed waters of Southeast Alaska. They enjoy working with Alaska's sustainable natural resource and are aware of the superior quality of the seafood there. The abundance of Omega-3 fatty acids found in wild seafood contributes to its quality. These fatty acids are essential to the human mind and body. Wild, sustainable seafood is becoming increasingly sought after as a result of growing global awareness of this issue.
