The Corporate Vision for Nuevo Fresco Marine Fresh chilled tuna that is "globally competitive, quality assured, effectively processed, competitively priced, caught, processed, and delivered internationally" with an emphasis on sustainability and traceability.
The majority of the product offerings are fresh-chilled tuna loins, Saku Cut, and other seafood products. Their fish is sourced from several important areas in the Philippines (Dumaguete, Quezon Province, Zamboanga, Palawan, and Mindoro). Fishing vessels used to harvest fresh tuna are registered with the Bureau of Fisheries and subject to routine HACCP and IUUF compliance inspections.
