- First started producing award-winning extra virgin olive oil in 2001.
- Produces a range of infused oils, currently lemon, orange, vanilla, fennel, smoked paprika, smoked chili, and porcini.
- Currently has 1,200 olive trees; the main cultivars are Barnea, Manzanillo, Leccino, Frantoio, and Koroneiki.
