Alentejos Paladares Lda. is a business that specializes in the preparation, processing, and sale of Black Alentejo Pork.

 In January 2009, it began producing goods at its factory in Vila Nova de So Bento, Baixo Alentejo, Serpa municipality.

 Their primary goal is to produce high-quality goods using current ideas about food safety and quality as well as the local traditional wisdom.

 Their sausages undergo a prolonged curing process with strict temperature and relative humidity control, with brief exposure to holm oak wood smoke. This long restoring period considers a sluggish and precise change of the meat into prevalent quality wieners.

 They make sausages that are low in salt. We contribute to the fight against hypertension by giving the consumer a better sense of the subtleties of aroma and flavor.
