Peters bread kitchen is a second-age privately-run company from Sassnitz on the island of Rügen. Since 1964, they have been baking with great skill, first-rate regional ingredients, and a lot of passion. Their individually furnished cafés and bakery branches can be found in the most picturesque parts of Rügen, not far from the Baltic Sea beach, in the Sassnitz harbor, or Binz, surrounded by sophisticated resort architecture. At the Mukran ferry port, their company headquarters is simultaneously a bakery, confectionery factory, café, and brainstorming workshop. Master baker Nils Peters developed his Rügen bread specialties, which are dedicated to the island's distinctive character and flavor, in this location.
