Company Story
LPG plant and animal production united on January 1st, 1991, to form the agricultural cooperative "An der Vippach." G. As a 100% subsidiary of the agricultural cooperative, the LAPROMA production and selling corporation for agricultural equipment was established at this time.
The GmbH was changed into a stock corporation on June 9, 1995. The merger with the agricultural cooperative came after, on September 28, 1995.
Dielsdorfer Landwirtschafts GmbH and Joachim Lappe KG Inh are subsidiaries of LAPROMA AG. Rudersdorf, ESS Energiesysteme Schloßvippach GmbH & Co., Frank Pickrodt, and KG.
