PROCESSING STEAK FROZEN FISH
The process of cutting the fresh fish are fresh, cutting and separating the preferred cut. Frozen fish is and cut into sections or pieces according to the customer´s order.
AFTER OUR OCTOPUS TUMBLED IN THE OCTOPUS PROCESS
After being collected, all of our octopus are immediately "tumbled" on a tumbling machine using a proprietary technique that involves washing their bodies in stainless steel drums with ice water and sea salt.
