PROCESSING STEAK FROZEN FISH
The process of cutting the fresh fish are fresh, cutting and separating the preferred cut. Frozen fish is and cut into sections or pieces according to the customer´s order.
AFTER OUR OCTOPUS TUMBLED IN THE OCTOPUS PROCESS
After being collected, all of our octopus are immediately "tumbled" on a tumbling machine using a proprietary technique that involves washing their bodies in stainless steel drums with ice water and sea salt.
PROCESSING SQUID RING
Squid ring processing typically involves cleaning the squid, removing the internal organs and skin, cutting it into rings, and then cooking or preserving them. Cooking methods can include boiling, frying, or drying. For long-term storage, squid rings are often frozen or dried. Flavoring agents like lemon, garlic, or chili pepper can be added to enhance the taste. The final product is typically packaged for sale or consumption.
