1935 - José Ribeiro Tristão opens Casa Misael, a grocery store selling from food to fabric and haberdashery.

1950 - He notices coffee could be used as currency in the store. In 1950, coffee becomes Casa Misael’s most important product.

1960 - Jônice Tristão, José’s son, starts exporting coffee through the trading company José Ribeiro Tristão e Filhos.

1970 - Realcafé Solúvel do Brasil

1972 - Café Cafuso brand was created.

1988 - The third generation of the Tristão family take command of the company.

2004 – New investments doubles the Capacity of Realcafé Instant Coffee plant with fully automation

2011 - RealCafé, a specialty coffee line, is created.

2013 – New Effluent Treatment Station starts operation.

2016 - The new Roasted and Ground Coffee (Cafuso Brand) plant starts operation.

2017 - FSSC 22000 Certification.

2019 - Great Place to Work Certification.
