Santerhof

- Fungal-resistant grape varieties (PIWIS) are grown at the Santerhof in Mühlbach.
- The advantage is that the vine carries resistance genes against powdery mildew and downy mildew. -In years with low infection pressure, they do not have to be sprayed; in exceptional years, two to three sprayings may be necessary for plant health.
- With a minimum of crop protection, we produce organic PIWI wines of the best quality. The exquisite grapes are pressed in the farm's own cellar and almost exclusively sold from the farm.
- Their Robustus is made from various ""robust"" grape varieties.The combination of these special varieties from certain locations gives the wine its pleasant character. Grape variety: Regent + Cabernet Cortis. Aroma: Full-bodied and fruity in the finish, fragrant forest fruit bouquet
- The result of the innovative varieties Cabernet Cortis and Regent is our Cuvee Rubus. It is obtained from organically grown grapes, which are carefully processed when they are fully ripe. Grape variety: Cabernet Cortis + Regent. Aroma: fruity and spicy, has a gentle and beneficial effect when drunk, reminiscent of cassis, raspberry and elderberry.
- A complex, elegant wine that impresses with its mineral finish. This fruity drop develops in the glass and shows all its facets sip by sip. Grape variety: Johanniter. Aroma: Fruity bouquet with notes of apple, peach and citrus. Flowery taste with strong acidity that is well integrated into the fruit.
