It's a typical wine from Bordeaux. A powerful smell of cooked fruits and vanilla. A well-balanced wine between acidity and tannins. Very pleasant and elegant fisnish.

Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, the 2019 Chateau La Croix Caperot, opens with expressive redcurrants, black raspberries and black cherries scents with savory suggestions of tapenade, dried herbs and tobacco plus a waft of cloves. Medium-bodied, the palate is fantastically bright and lively with loads of red fruit accents and a firm frame of grainy tannins, finishing on an earthy note.

For this wine without added sulphites, we carry out a mechanical collection, the harvest bins are all inerted with nitrogen in the form of dry ice for transport in good conditions of the grapes. Once arrived at the cellar, the harvest is once again protected with dry ice, then enters the fermentation phase. Fermentation at low temperature, in stainless steel vats. At the end of fermentation a micro oxygen supply is carried out in order to soften the tannins.
