Schäferei Fritz GbR

In the Tübingen district, the Fritz family farms over 100 hectares of grassland and meadow orchards. The majority are extensive and, most importantly, of high quality from a nature conservation standpoint (FFH areas Schönbuch, Spitzberg; Bird sanctuary in Schönbuch). Lambs are sold to help the sheep farm make ends meet. The majority of sales are made directly to end users, local restaurants, and butcher shops.
