- The Schenk Group acquired Azienda Lunadoro in 2016. Its location is ideal because of windy conditions which are ideal for growing healthy vines, good quality grapes and ensure optimum ripening. In addition, thorough manual work in the vineyard combined with the expertise of our winemaker Maurizio Saettini means the exceptional quality standard of Lunadoro wines can be maintained as is evident with our flagship wine Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
