- Owns 43 Kha that are distributed among the planting of traditional crops such as soybeans, corn, sunflower and sorghum for seeds, a product ordered especially by seed companies.
- Produces up to 45 KMT of corn and 20 KMT of soybeans every year.
- Has irrigation infrastructure on 7.5 Kha, with its own energy generation.
- Entered the beef industry by building one of the largest service-oriented feedlots in the country.
- The facilities are designed to finish animals from the light ones for the most demanding internal consumption, up to 450-500 kg for export.
