The "Pieczarka Siedlecka" cooperative is a producer organization that focuses on the production of premium white and brown mushrooms, sometimes referred to as royal mushrooms. In addition, they buy and trade mushrooms. On the domestic market, they offer mushrooms for sale to grocery store chains, manufacturing facilities, and catering businesses. But a large portion of their mushrooms are shipped to numerous European nations. Customers from the Netherlands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Italy, Great Britain, France, and other countries laud their mushrooms for their robust flavor and scent.
A group of 20 mushroom growers from the Mazovian city of Siedlce founded " Pieczarka Siedlecka " in the beginning of 2007. The increased quality and price rivalry in this market and the aim to cut out the existing middlemen and connect directly with beneficiaries were the primary driving forces for the establishment of the cooperative.
Presently, 29 members cultivate a combined 35,000 m2 of white and brown mushrooms, yielding roughly 250 tons each week. The "Mushroom Siedlecka" Cooperative has created a refrigerated store for mushrooms that enables for the purchase and sale of 500,000 for the needs of its members and their contractors. weekly kilogram of mushrooms. Thanks to the growth of the mushroom farming area, investments in cutting-edge technological solutions, collaboration with the top substrate manufacturers, and the addition of new members to their organization, the variety of mushrooms they offer is consistently increasing.
Their members have years of in-depth expertise in mushroom farming (up to 25 years). However, they place a high priority on the caliber and security of the mushrooms they produce right from the start of their business. They were able to standardize production and raise the caliber of the mushrooms thanks to the GLOBALG.AP system's adoption and certification in our cooperative.
