"-The St. Quirinus organic winery is located in an ancient wine-growing territory that once belonged to the Benedictine monastery of Tegernsee. -For some years now, the winery has been producing grapes in a biodynamic way, which are then transformed into fine wines in the new cellar. Next to the classic varieties such as Sauvignon, Kalterersee, Pinot Noir and Merlot, fungus-resistant varieties (PIWI) such as Bronner, Johanniter, Aromera, Chambourcin, Prior and Cabernet Cortis are increasingly being cultivated. This gives rise to the two cuves Planties Weiss and Planties Rosè. -In the new wine cellar, the fine noble wines are produced from their own grapes according to old tradition with modern technology. -Wine Varieties include: Lagrein, Souvignier gris, Prior, Weißburgunder, Vernatsch Sekt, Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot Bronner
