Company Story
The first generation tea master of HUGOSUM, Mr. Shih who finished his studies at the Taiwan Tea Industry Transmitting Institute, manage a Japanese tea factory since 1949. Aside from making tea, he also witnesses the trials of the Sun Moon Lake Black Tea industry. Ms. Shih Zhu Hua and her husband, Mr. Chen Yen Quan, are now second-generation masters and have inherited the previous master's spirits and tea-making technology.
They devote themselves to producing the finest tea and establishing the brand Hugosum, to promote Taiwan's black tea culture.
