When their son, Jamie, joined the company as Vice President and part owner, it was the first lesson they gave him. Owners Mike and Carol Williams have operated their business, as well as their life, by a simple motto: "Do well, do well, and have fun."
What started out as a modest winery in Wilcox, Pennsylvania, has grown into three wineries spread across two states, employing over 75 people, and producing more than 200,000 gallons of wine annually. And all of this is founded on that simple command: "Make good wine, try to have fun while doing it, and make a positive effect in the community."
