Tor Bjarne Stabell and Brge Johansen founded Tob Fisk AS in 1997, a fish industry company in Havysund, Finnmark. We make fillets of white fish like cod, haddock, and saithe. Fresh loins, also known as the fish fillet itself, are our primary product.
They have a unique location because our production facility is in a small, idyllic fishing village at 71 degrees North, close to the clear, icy Arctic Ocean. This guarantees our fish the best conditions for growth and distinctive quality.
As soon as the fish arrives on the dock, we immediately begin processing it. Both durability and quality depend on this. Our customers get better quality and longer shelf life for their purchases because the catch of the day is typically processed the same evening. Our customers' gastronomic and visual palates are tantalized by the healthy, fresh raw material, which is so gratifying to work with.
