Grade 2
Moisture Content- 13%, Insect damage- 3%, Rotten, Diseased and Discoloured- 5%, Immature/Shrivelled grain- 2%
Total Defective Grains- 10%
Broken grain- 4%, Foreign matter (include earth, sand and stones)- 1%, Live Infestation- None, Inorganic matter – 0.5%

Grade 3
Moisture Content- 13%, Insect damage- 5%, Rotten, Diseased and Discoloured- 6.5%, Immature/Shrivelled grain- 3%
Total Defective Grains- 14.5%
Broken grain- 6%, Foreign matter (include earth, sand and stones)- 1.5%, Live Infestation- None, Inorganic matter – 0.75%

Grade 4
Moisture Content- 13%, Insect damage- 7%, Rotten, Diseased and Discoloured- 10%, Immature/Shrivelled grain- 5%
Total Defective Grains- 22%
Broken grain- 10%, Foreign matter (include earth, sand and stones)- 3%, Live Infestation- None, Inorganic matter – 1.5%
