At Vierfelderhof GmbH, we sell fresh organic geese and organic ducks. We also have a farm shop that sells honey, fruit spreads, seasonal vegetables, and fresh organic eggs. The farm is open for parties and private celebrations.

The name Vierfelderhof means that the farm works according to the principle of the four-field economy. That means the farmers work according to the four-year crop rotation. It helps to treat nature's raw materials and nutrients with particular care: the fields are cultivated alternately with different plants, and a field never bears the same crop two years in a row. This gives the soil time to replenish exactly those nutrients that the plants removed from the soil last year.
