Woodside Ranch is trust that if you need great Pork you should begin with a conventional variety. Outdoors-loving Saddleback and Gloucester Old Spot pigs are declining in number. In contrast to the modern hybrid, these traditional pigs mature at a slower rate and produce naturally marbled meat. Their pigs are finished when they are between nine and eleven months old, and they grow up with their litter mates and remain together throughout their lives.
All of our sausages and cures are made by us. Their sausages have a shelf life of five days because we use no stabilizers or preservatives. They also make gluten-free Pork & Apple Burgers, which only contain pork and apples. They do not import any meat and claim it as our own; we only sell meat from our pigs. You can be confident that the products you buy from us are truly free range.
