Company Story
The late Hsien-Chang Yuan started his business in Cape Town's fishing industry in 1982. He built the Y & L Group of enterprises from humble beginnings with just one person and modest lease space, adhering to the straightforward idea of aiming for greatness through diligence and resolve. Hsien-Chang Yuan, the creator of the Y&L group of enterprises, oversaw the companies' expansion to the point where they outgrew their original residence and moved to upscale quarters in Cape Town's Harbour complex in 1991 as a result.
Y&L Fishing Enterprises, Table Bay Fishing Enterprises, Ocean Prince Marine Products, Gashiran Trading, Cap Langouste (S.A), and HC Yuan & Co. make up the Y&L Group of Companies today.
