Zanj Spice Limited

This is the spice that Zanzibar is best known for. Cloves have been cultivated here for more than 200 years and for a long time the so-called Spice Islands were the world’s largest producers of cloves. The clove trees cultivated here for decades still provide the most intensely flavored cloves.
