LA PANNA DI PA' 38% is our UHT cream perfect to be whipped. Our cream contains exclusively fresh and local milk and cream (in particular, the milk comes from within 40 km from our plant). There are no additives nor stabilizers. LA PANNA DI PA' is characterized by its high yield quality (100% overrun), its high stability over time, and its exceptional white colour. It has a shelf-life of 6 months and must be stored at 4/5°C.
