LA PANNA DI PA' 38% is our UHT cream perfect to be whipped. Our cream contains exclusively fresh and local milk and cream (in particular, the milk comes from within 40 km from our plant). There are no additives nor stabilizers. LA PANNA DI PA' is characterized by its high yield quality (100% overrun), its high stability over time, and its exceptional white colour. It has a shelf-life of 6 months and must be stored at 4/5°C.
LA RICETTA DEL GELATO DI PA' is our line of UHT liquid mixes for gelato. Our gelato mixes are very easy to use, as you just need to pour it into the gelato machine and wait for some minutes to have your Italian gelato ready. You do not have to add anything, which is why you can proudly say, wherever you are, that the result is a 100% Italian gelato. LA RICETTA DEL GELATO DI PA' can be stored at room temperature (not exceeding 25°C) until its opening. It has a shelf-life of 12 months.
