CAMPO DEL SASSO is made from Trebbiano Toscano grapes the same used by Baron Ricasoli in the blend of Chianti to soften the roughness of Sangiovese. Despite all its coarseness and its sour taste, our Trebbiano Toscano 'in purezza' is however an excellent result of simplicity and genuineness, rather rare in white wines, which we manage to achieve through organic methods and a very low quantity of sulfur dioxide.
