In 1990, Alberto Filippi, a pioneer in the field, embarked on a journey towards the future by purchasing olive estates on suitable lands. His decision was driven by a passion for olive oil and his deep knowledge of modern biotechnologies. Thirty years later, in 2020, his son Pietro joined him on the path to excellence. With solid experience in farming integrated with olive groves, Pietro brings new vitality to the family business.
