Our 85-acre avocado orchard produces 10,000 Hass variety trees under drip irrigation with an active pollination ecosystem (100 beehives, basil companion planting, sunflower pollinator strips). Equatorial location enables multiple flowering flushes per year, providing counterseasonal supply to Northern Hemisphere and GCC markets.

We are developing cold-pressed avocado oil processing using a Kocamaz MN-100 boutique extraction unit (Turkey). Target grade: Extra Virgin (FFA ≤2%) for cosmetic and food-grade markets.

Our 250-acre macadamia orchard (9,071 trees, ~6 years old) is entering prime production. Trial cracking results show exceptional kernel quality that significantly exceeds global industry averages.

50 acres of PKM1 moringa intercropped within the macadamia orchard under shared drip irrigation. Solar-powered greenhouse drying facility ensures consistent quality year-round.
