Our sliced porcini mushrooms in olive oil undergo a quite long manual selection process, designed to pull out the most precious parts of each mushroom without losing fragrance and consistency, as well as the vivid colours.
We select and put into olive oil whole tasty and tender Italian artichokes without any artificial food dyes or preservatives: a dedicated pasteurization is the only process they go through.
