Minuto Caffè was established in Savona, a beautiful town 50 km. far from Genoa in 1850. The Company was awarded in 2011 for being an "historical valuable Company" aging more than 100 years. the Company is and entire family owned Company with 3 stakeholders directly involved in the business.

We directly care of green coffee procurement, roasting, grinding, conditioning with 4 lines of packaging. We produce beans coffee, ground coffee for moka brewers and espresso machines, Nespresso* compatibile capsules, Lavazza Espresso Point* compatibile capsules. (*mentioned brands belong to their legitimate owners. Advised compatibility of Minuto Caffè capsules coffee pods and coffee pads is not intended to prevent customers from using the original ones. There is no legal or commercial relationship between Minuto Caffè and the legitimate owners of the above mentioned brands).

Our coffee beans and capsules are conditioned with nytrogen inflation. Beans coffee bags are provided with one direction protective valve, thus increasing shelf life at its best.
