In her role as President of the Consortium for the Protection of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, our own Mariangela Grosoli attended the "Qualivita Festival - La cultura del gusto, il gusto della cultura" on 11th March 2025, together with Consortium Director Federico Desimoni and Minister Francesco Lollobrigida. On this interesting occasion, the National Qualivita Award was presented to the visionary chef Massimo Bottura, for the valorisation of PDO and PGI excellence in Italian cuisine. ✨It is an honour to represent Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and to put up a strong front on these essential occasions to reflect on tradition, identity and the future of food.
