White table sugar is a plant-based product obtained from sugar beets or sugar cane. The raw material meets the requirements for category 2 white sugar and is characterised by its free-flowing form and fine-crystalline structure. The sugar crystals are white or slightly transparent in colour, and the product itself has a delicate, characteristic aroma and a pure, sweet taste. Refined sugar of this class is characterised by very high purity – it contains a minimum of 99.7% sucrose and has a minimal content of ash, invert sugar and water.
