Potato protein is a free-flowing powder ranging in colour from grey to brown and with a typical plant-based odour. It is obtained from potatoes through a protein separation process without the use of chemical contaminants. The product has a loose structure and is free from mechanical and ferromagnetic impurities.
Potato protein concentrate is characterised by a high protein content (minimum 70%), low moisture content and a good microbiological profile. It does not contain GMOs, allergens or pathogens and meets the quality requirements for animal feed.
