Ground cinnamon is a widely used spice obtained from dried and ground bark of cinnamon trees. It has a characteristic brown color, intense aroma, and a unique slightly sweet flavor. The product appears as a free-flowing powder; small lumps may be present but easily crumble under finger pressure.
