How to Use
1. Prepare Hot Dogs: Pat hot dogs or sausages dry with paper towels. Insert skewers into each hot dog, leaving enough stick for easy handling.
2. Mix Batter: In a bowl, combine Corn Dog Mix 1kg with cold water 750g(You can add 4g yeast and ferment about 1 hour 30 minutes for easy make and better taste). Stir until smooth. The batter should be thick enough to coat the hot dogs evenly.
3. Coat Hot Dogs: Dip each hot dog into the batter, ensuring it is completely covered. Allow excess batter to drip off.
4. Fry: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet. Carefully lower the coated hot dogs into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy. Avoid overcrowding the fryer to ensure even cooking.
5. Drain and Serve: Remove from oil and drain. Serve hot with your favorite dips and condiments.
