- High in iron, calcium, phosphorous, sodium, potassium, magnesium, manganese, chlorine, sulfurous, copper and vitamin A, B and C. - Very high in sugar (roughly 60%), with dried fig having 5 times as much sugar as the fresh one. - They are dried either naturally by exposure to the sun or by dehydrators to be consumed at any time of the year. - Grades a. Grade A-1: belong to this grade have light yellow and white color. The size of them is about 22 mm. Most percent in this grade (about 90 percent) has open mouth. b. Grade A-2: This grade have yellow and white color. The size of them is about 14 to 22 mm. Some percent of dried fig in this grade has open mouth. c. Grade A-3: This grade have light yellow and white color and the size of them is about 22 mm. Most percent in this grade (about 45 percent) has open mouth. d. Grade B-1: This grade have yellow and white color and some of them has brown color. Most percent in this grade has closed mouth and some has open mouth. e. Grade B-2: closed mouth dried figs belong to this grade have brown and gray color and the size of them is about 14 mm.
