Fermented. Produced by fermentation of ethyl alcohol with acetic acid bacteria. Acidity 9%, 10%, 20%. Dilute with water 1:2. Suitable for use until it becomes cloudy. There may be a small amount of sediment, which is characteristic of spirit vinegar.
