Standardized to a minimum 30% volatile oil content, the oleoresin provides consistent flavour intensity, stability, and precise dosing compared to raw or ground ginger. It is suitable for seasonings, sauces, beverages, bakery, confectionery, savoury foods, and flavour systems.
