Refined rapeseed oil is a vegetable fat obtained by fully refining crude oil, including degumming, bleaching and deodorising. It has a light yellow to yellow colour and a neutral taste and smell, free from foreign notes.
The product is characterised by its oxidative stability and low free fatty acid content. It is allergen-free, GMO-free and has not been subjected to ionising radiation. Thanks to its mild sensory profile, it is widely used in the food and feed industries.
