As the majority of consumers in the country are christians, during easter holiday their taste and preference for the market shifts from pork and beef to sea foods.
At the moment, the demand for shrimps has increased by 40% as compared to last year easter holiday season, and the main processed type mostly demanded is the powdered shrimp.
