Royal quinoa's main differences with regular quinoa

Royal Quinoa is only cultivated in Bolivia, more precisely in the plains located more than 2K meters above sea level, in saline and volcanic type of soil.
While the traditional quinoa plant reaches up to 50 cm of height, the Royal Quinoa can reach up to 2 meters high. In addition, Royal Quinoa has higher levels of vitamins, minerals, and magnesium.
