Brazil continues to set the price of Argentine olives due to the high dependence on exports to that market. Last year 75% of table olives were exported to Brazil, making Argentina its main supplier of olives. In relation to costs, and due to the increasing difficulty in finding the labor force, it is considered a priority to try to further mechanize the harvesting process.
