Despite the announcement of the fight against illegal practices during this period of the public health emergency, a number of traders continue to defraud and speculate on certain products. Thus, rigorous control gradually regulates the markets. In terms of prices, the Interministerial Commission pointed remarkable results on the price stability of agricultural and agrifood products.
