Price sensitive Malaysians prefer Indian wheat flour due to low packaging costs

Malaysian suppliers usually import wheat flour from India because of the cheap packaging process compared to other countries. Wheat flour cannot be imported and packaged in Malaysia because the logistical process without packaging makes it vulnerable to fungi and insects. Although Malaysia also imports flour from Turkey and Vietnam, the cost of imports from India is low because it is cheap.
